Training Update and Squad Training

It has been awhile, all things are now going full steam ahead for the Europeans. Tickets booked hotels and transfers sorted. The new training plan is going to plan and tomorrow I am going to be at the National Squad Training in Birmingham. It is mainly going to be a squat session with speed work on the other lifts I am still quite low with the weights but they will be jumping up in the next few weeks. This week’s lifts were Bench 180Kgs for 3 sets of 2 and with the Deadlifts it is 217.5kgs, for the same reps. I am looking forward to the squad session and seeing the guys and girls. I am going to get a few videos from my lifting and should have them sorted this weekend I am also going to start to wear some form of kit not the comp stuff more just training kit for the last few weeks of the build up.
