Training and a video update, Back into kit

It has been an interesting week this week, I have started to add kit into my training and it feels a bit different to say the least, although the kit is not what I will be wearing on the day it is used so that I feel the line off my normal kitted lifting.
We also did a few videos from the week I have added them to the blog also. The top sets this week were Squat 272.5Kg, Bench was 192.5Kg and deadlift was 230Kgs all done for a few on each the rep range was different depending on how each lift felt. The squats were the hardest and I need to focus on my depth in the next few weeks with the suit on. This week the weights will come up again and we will be focusing on 3 sets of 2 reps on each lift and all done to comp standard. There are 2 weeks’ worth off training left now till the Euro Masters and I need to have some good sessions and to cut back on the few pounds I have to lose for comp day.
Also I would like to say thanks to the guys in the gym who have helped spot me and dress me in the Kit, your help means a lot and is much appreciated
