Here we are at the end of the build-up and it is now comp week. The last few sessions went well not to the targets I had set out at the start but sometimes things have to be changed and it is all down to the result on comp day. The last few sessions I went up to 290Kgs squat, Bench was 200Kgs and a 245Kg deadlift. I am yet to put my comp day kit on, that will now come on Friday when I compete.
Having had some very long weeks in work I am now off work till after the comp.
This week is all about rest and getting mentality ready for the event. It will soon be time to pack the kit bag ready for the short trip over to Luxembourg for any of you who want to check out the results or watch it there is a live feed at
