Well here we are now the Europeans has come and gone and is all but a memory. i am undergoing  treatment for the injury and it does seem to be getting better. It is still sore and now with some MAN flu to go with it i am a bit under the weather. I have had time to think about the last training cycle and how things have panned out. There are part of my original program i have adjusted or missed out  and i think again it is time to change a few things around. My squats felt Slow and that was down to doing them once a week and again the deadlift had been going well but the injury forced me out and unable to do them. so what is next well there is the British seniors in a few weeks and i am unsure at this moment if that will be for me or whether to leave it till later in the year and maybe just focus on something before the Worlds…
