New Year People

Happy New year to you all. Well now the festive season is all over and normal life is resuming I am now back in the gym as normal. Since there is some time till the National Masters Championships I have decided to mix my training about and try some new things. For a start I am now using a bench Program from the good guys up north “The Horncastle Method” Marc Giles has his guys doing it and there are doing well with their Bench Press so I figured why not give it a go and see how it works for me. I just hope I don’t turn out to be a farmer like the rest of them up north.

So what’s is next for me then at this point I am looking towards the National Bench Press for the first comp and then onto the Masters where I would like to stake a claim to being selected for the Europeans later in the year. I have put a bit more thought into the first 6 months of the year and what comps and where I would like to compete. However for now I have the time to get some foundation work in and try some new things out.
