3 weeks Training till WEC 2012

Well guys it has been a while now since I updated my blog, so here goes. The last few week I had a drop back week and a sort of deload in the weights nothing too light but I drop back and the weights alter and so do the reps.  I jump back up to 5s and after doing the lower reps it really gets the breathing going. This week it is back to normal weights and low reps after all there is 3 weeks training left till the Western Europeans.  This week I worked up to 270 on the Squat, A try out with a new short, well that was fun to say the least. Deadlifts were 222.5Kgs. I have started to add some kit now because it is getting close to the comp and I now need to get into the comp groove with my lifts. The squat was still straps down and next week I will be putting the straps up. I have sorted out a video from the week, you will see the fun on the bench and let’s hope it gets better. I do find that the bench shirt is way different to other bits of kit it def needs more work with to get the shirt working right and in the groove. The shirt is the new Lower neckline shirt by Titan, and I am loving the new funky colors they are producing.

I would also like to say a big Thanks you to the guys in the Gym who go out of their way to help spot me during the sessions. You guys are the Tops, Pete, Big Nic, Kurt “the unit”,Hoggmiester, just to mention a few.   THANKS GUY’S
